             By downloading, accessing, or using ElkCallMaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the app.,         

2. License to Use,

             ElkCallMaster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial, educational, and training purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.,

3. Required Permissions & Audio Recording,

             ElkCallMaster requires microphone access to record elk calling practice sessions for analysis and training feedback. Recording begins only when you intentionally press the record button or start a training activity. The app does not record audio in the background. Recordings may be temporarily stored on your device during processing and used for training analysis, scoring, and playback.,

4. User Accounts & Data Collected,

             If you sign in using Google or another authentication provider, we may collect your email address, display name, and profile image to create your account and sync training progress. Practice history, scores, call attempts, and lesson progress may also be stored to improve your training experience.,

5. Privacy & Data Protection,

             Your privacy is important to us. ElkCallMaster does not sell personal information. Data collected is used only to operate and improve the training features of the app. For detailed information about how your data is handled, please review the ElkCallMaster Privacy Policy.,

6. Training, Scoring, and Educational Use,

             ElkCallMaster provides feedback, scores, and analysis based on algorithmic interpretation of recorded audio. These results are intended solely for educational and training purposes and are not guaranteed to reflect real-world elk calling effectiveness.,

7. Hunting & Wildlife Regulations,

             ElkCallMaster is a training and educational tool. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal hunting laws and wildlife regulations. The developers of ElkCallMaster are not responsible for how the app is used in the field.,

8. Ads & Monetization,

             ElkCallMaster may display advertisements, including banner ads or rewarded ads. Advertising partners may collect anonymous usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Your recorded audio and training data are never shared with advertisers.,

9. Disclaimer of Warranties,

             ElkCallMaster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of scoring results, analytics, or training outcomes.,

10. Limitation of Liability,

             To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildtone Labs, WildtoneLabs Partners, and the developers of ElkCallMaster shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.,
